About The Role 

Senior Solution Architects are consulting architects for complex implementations of Thentia Cloud.  Senior Solution Architects work with clients in both the sales and delivery lifecycles to provide technical solutions to integration, custom features, regional or enterprise roll-outs, etc.  They bring a combination of consulting and technical solutioning skills to provide solutions within both the sales and delivery workstreams.  They work with Analysts, Sales and Project Management to support our enterprise clients.  In addition, they provide a liaison role with our Thentia Product team to provide input into the product roadmap, elaborate technical requirements to the Product Team and to integrate new features into client specific implementations. 

 

Having a thorough understanding of and experience in regulatory environments (specifically professional regulation) is helpful for success in this role. Understanding licensing processes and procedures is extremely beneficial to this role.  Broader experience in CRM implementations, ERP and payment integrations, digital transformation of business processes and analytics implementations are helpful skills to bring to the table. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Perform technical requirements and solutioning to properly document technical requirements for client implementations.   
  • Identify product gaps to meet client specific requirements and translate them into product feature requests to the Product Team.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Analysts to deliver enterprise class implementations. 
  • Work with sales team in a pre-sales capacity to scope proposals, estimate work, identify technical integrations and solutions. 
  • Communicate and create architecture diagrams, technical specifications and other artifacts that document the client specific solution requirements.    
  • Identify and lead the resolution of project issues; devise effective ways of reaching project objectives in the most cost/time-effective manner while taking into account unique business conditions for the client. 


Qualifications  

    • Experience in implementing a SaaS product within a client specific environment. 
    • Experience solutioning with Cloud based services (Google is our Cloud Partner but experience with Azure or AWS is also an asset).
    • Experience in integration with other legacy or enterprise systems such as ERP, data and analytics systems, payment processors, etc. 
    • Experience as a consultant with enterprise clients. 
    • Experience working in a highly secured, regulated environment (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI) and managing technical aspects of solutions designed for regulated environments. 
    • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client-facing communications.
    • Regulatory experience and technical knowledge are a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Work well with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail. 
    • Comfortable in a remote-first work environment.
    • Experience with task scheduling and resource allocation. 
    • Ability to travel to client sites. 

     

    Assets

    • Familiarity with the Office 365 suite. 
    • Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp 
    • Experience with the AGILE project management model. 
    • Familiarity with JIRA projects, boards and stories.
