Job Duties:
- Develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements.
- Leverage effective communication with project managers, business teams and other developers on projects to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Work with Salesforce product suite including sales, service, and marketing clouds, as well as the force.com platform to develop solutions to internal client requirements.
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and automations.
- Automate business application process. Transform and integrates data.
- Develop strategic accelerators on the force.com platform. Conduct unit-testing and defect resolution.
- Identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce applications. Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures.
- Evaluate, install, and administer AppExchange applications. Collaborate with technical design and documentation.
- Provide post-production support. Execute full lifecycle deployments from development to sandbox production.

Job Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a software development related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a software development related occupation.
Position requires two years of experience in the following :
Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Web Services, Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, and Pardot;
Data transformation and integration using SOAP and REST API;
Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flows, or Validation rules);
Develop enterprise-level salesforce.com projects utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies throughout the lifecycle;
Salesforce.com configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings;
Designing and developing software components;
database design; and
Integrating salesforce.com with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting.
