Senior Social Media Analyst

We are looking for an Sr. Social Media Analyst to join our team. We are looking for someone who’s highly analytical, organized, and knowledgeable in running ROI-focused online marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook. The successful candidate must be passionate about SOCIAL MEDIA marketing and must thrive on driving results in a fast-paced work environment.

This is a remote position with travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices required as business needs dictate for in person meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Use analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless campaign execution on up to 15-20+ campaigns daily and manage up to 50 campaigns per week.
• Collaborate across departments – sales, client services, UX, IT – to help ensure consumer and client satisfaction, organizational alignment, and effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Present and/or lead internal status calls and meetings every month.
• Make data-based decisions to optimize SOCIAL MEDIA paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop audience targeting and creative ad strategies to engage target markets effectively.
• Create engaging ad units using stock images and tools such as Canva and InVideo.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing Social Media marketing campaigns on Facebook is required
• Experience with TikTok, Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. is a plus (but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication is required
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technology, business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting or economics or related field is preferred
• Experience with Social Media marketing tools such as Canva, InVideo, etc. is preferred
• Experience working with large scale lead generation accounts is preferred
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including an in-depth understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI/ROAS
• Understanding of paid search, display, native, video, and other forms of online advertising
• Knowledge of online marketing best practices for web design and conversion
• Experience with creative SOCIAL MEDIA ad design and/or creative strategies is a plus
