Senior Site Designer

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a Senior Site Designer to join their business in Madrid, Spain. 

Responsibilities: 

• Team member for site design in Spain. Regularly after visiting the site, can output reasonable site design drawings, which can be achieved fast, low-cost, contract-based and profitable delivery based on predefined engineering rules. Focus on, but not limited, to wireless sites.
  

• Responsible for providing the load calculations (needed advanced knowledge about software as CYPE or other specific for this calculation) for the existing roof top sites to ensure and guarantee the structural viability of the installation proposal including reinforcement drawing if it was needed.
  

• Knowledge about standard towers from manufacturers such as Inabensa, Moyano, etc.
  

• Knowledge about wireless equipment, BBU, RRU, Antennas and small material like cabling, etc.
  

• Responsible for communicating between customer and partners to align site design to delivery.
  

• Review the site design, which is provided by a partner, and try to check whether the site solution is reasonable or not.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or higher degree in civil work engineering, building architecture, telecommunications, or similar fields.
  

• Over 5 years experience in building architecture or communications, a good reputation within the architecture; 
  

• Knowing the site building process and procedure, regulation in Spain.
  

• Applicants with experience at some companies preferred to provide the site design for Vodafone, or Telefonica, or Orange
  

• Ability to model standard towers and check their structural viability.
  

• Must be good at Drawing tools like AutoCAD ,office ,and other calculation tools.
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills. 
  

• Fluent Spanish and English will be assessed.
  

• Also for vehicle ownership.
  

• Willing to travel punctually in Spain, as the job requires.
