SalaryLooking for a Full-time Senior Shift Lead with the potential to move up within our Company. Must be 18 years or older to run all of our equipment. Full-time positions require open availability we are open 6:00am - 10:00pm Monday though Thursday and 6:00am to 12:00pm Friday and Saturday.

Requirements:
- Assisting staff alongside the manager.
- Delegating responsibilities and overseeing business operations.
- Training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities to manager
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is running efficiently
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
Experience required:
- Previous restaurant and supervising experience required.
- High School Diploma, preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
