Senior Lead Analytics Consultant - Chandler/Des Moines/San Antonio/Charlotte

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance to experienced leadership in developing statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs. In this role, you will lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges, applying industry techniques, advanced data analysis, and mathematical principles across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and connect data from various sources, structured and unstructured, to enable analytics and reporting on customer experience through complaint handling processes.
• Develop hypotheses regarding customer feedback trends and drivers, execute analytical processes, and present findings with clear narratives and visualizations.
• Lead analytical projects with clear communication of objectives, tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail in building and documenting data and analytics processes, and validate findings rigorously.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Proficiency (4+ years) in SAS, including the ability to understand, write, and modify code, and work with predictive models.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL (Teradata / SQLServer), including optimizing queries and reporting.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data engineering tasks across multiple data sources.
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
• Proficient in building PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
