Senior Security Engineer/Qa/Iso

Responsibilities:

• Author quality assurance policies and procedures
• Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards, including security standards (i.e., CMMI ML 3 and ISO9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMC)
• Ensure that the company's processes continue to meet established quality standards by identifying shortfalls, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems
• Monitors the quality of operational processes and outputs.
• Experience with security quality assurance standards
• Understanding quality standards, inspecting documentation for completeness and accuracy, tracking, and recording data related to Key Performance Indicators, and monitoring and recording corrective actions.
• Work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of quality standards
• Perform monthly Process Audits.
• Perform annual Internal Audit.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Assist in the development of corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Reviewing documentation, specifications, and processes.
• Review active documentation for accuracy and completeness (purchase orders, work orders)

Requirements:

• BS degree with 5 to 7 years of experience
• Must have worked with ISO standards 9001, 20000, 27001
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent record keeping and organization skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
