Serves in a technical lead role and serves as an expert in the SAP BASIS Administration team responsible for the health and management of the SAP landscape. This position is heavily involved in projects as well as operational support activities, including on-call support. This position requires hands-on expertise to perform migrations, support pack/enhancement pack installations, and lead technical projects, including SAP upgrades. Support transport migrations, new installation, version upgrades, SAP patches, data archiving, including after-hours support rotation on-call within the global SAP BASIS Technology Team. Effectively manage application infrastructure and deployment landscape to maintain platform health in support of business-critical applications. Define and implement monitors to improve system performance and audit results. Lead roadmap activities, merging industry trends and SAP best practices with Bath & Body Works needs to recommend process or technology changes in the SAP Portfolio. Define and deploy HANA DB performance optimization practices and standards. Communicate and coordinate status for escalations to senior leaders. Be curious and creatively look for opportunities to leverage innovative technologies and methodologies. Demonstrate agility and flexibility to handle both project and support activities in parallel. Works with sap technical and functional teams to establish continuous improvement maintenance activities across all systems. Lead & support technical projects ensuring quality delivery, identifying risks, and escalating issues where appropriate. Co-ordinate and work closely with various SAP Technology partners and SAP HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud) Managed Services team during the any system installations, maintenance and upgrade activities.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering plus 5 years’ experience including 2 years’ experience with SAP HANA; 2 years’ experience with SAP Basis; 2 years’ experience with OS/DB migration; 2 years’ experience with SAP SAPINST; and 2 years’ experience with Redhat Linux.
