Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with health cloud experience to lead our innovative development. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce instance is fully optimized and customized to meet our organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code

- Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team

- Engage in project planning and participate in design sessions with cross-functional teams

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements

- Optimize and automate business processes, leveraging Salesforce functionality

- Manage code deployments and releases, ensuring that best practices are followed

- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce platform

- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers in Salesforce software development and lifecycle processes

- Strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java,. General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript

- Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, integration, and API development

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce security models, access controls, and data structures

- Proficient in debugging large-scale Salesforce implementation issues

- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms

- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly preferred.
