Senior Sales Lead At Flex Storage Inc

Flex takes this concept to the next level by replacing trucks and warehouses with sleek trailers that are designed for two things: Optimal storage conditions, and swift & simple transport. Job Summary: We are looking for a bilingual Sales Specialist who excels at cold calling and is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in the Moving and Storage industry, having a wealth of experience in sales, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships with potential clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling and lead generation activities.
• Initiate and maintain a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
• Conduct in-depth product or service presentations to potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
• Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $31.00 - $36.00/hour.
