AddressSenior Accounting Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Log all incoming deposits and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor agent commission pipelines and ensure accurate processing of payments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and funding issues promptly.
- Reconcile transaction reports monthly.
- Communicate effectively with agents regarding deposits and payments.
- Previous experience in accounting, particularly in bookkeeping and accounts payable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective corporate communication skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Strong bookkeeping and accounts payable skills.
- Proven experience in calculating, posting, and managing financial records.
- Solid mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
Senior Accounting Specialist Additional Details:
- Compensation: $38-44/hr. (based on education and experience)
- Hybrid if candidate is in Lake Mary, FL, 100% remote if candidate is in Jacksonville, FL.
- Contract to Hire Opportunity (based on performance).
