Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst to join them. You will report to the Enterprise Applications Section Head and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY. As a Senior RPA Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows. Your goal is to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall productivity within the organization.

 

To be considered for the Senior RPA Analyst role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role supporting architecting systems, software applications, and/or technical systems administration.
  • Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one RPA tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is preferred.
  • Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) and experience with SAP S4 GUI is desirable.

 

As a Senior RPA Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation.
  • Analyze existing workflows, document requirements, and assess feasibility for RPA implementation.
  • Design RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Create detailed process flowcharts, define automation logic, and identify data inputs/outputs.
  • Develop RPA bots (software robots) by configuring automation workflows.
  • Write scripts, create automation sequences, and integrate with APIs or databases.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy, exception handling, and robustness.
  • Work with other offshore resources to help develop automation and ensure requirements are understood fully.
  • Deploy RPA bots to production environments.
  • Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify areas for further automation.
  • Optimize existing RPA solutions based on feedback and changing requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including user manuals.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Assist/Perform application updates as required.
  • Maintain technical resource and user access as needed.

The base pay range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $115,000 per year.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include a profit share bonus, employee stock purchase plan, a flexible paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
