Join our dynamic Finance team and make a significant impact as the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance, strategy, and alignment of front office operations across our organization to contribute to the realization of our strategic objectives. Collaboration with key departments such as Marketing, Customer Success, Ad-Ops, Finance, and primarily Sales are essential for aligning their operations with the company-wide strategy.

Process:
  • Establish a cohesive communication strategy among key groups
  • Create a decision framework centred around metrics to facilitate decision-making and gauge the efficiency of key operational groups
  • Design and execute automated workflows within Salesforce for contracts, approvals, and sales orders
  • Utilize the company's KPIs as a guide to develop strategic compensation plans for the Sales organization
  • Enhance the efficiency of territory allocation, sales objectives, and staffing needs for the Sales organization
  • Monitor and provide KPI reporting to the executive leadership team
  • Generate quarterly reporting and analysis, driving forecasts integrated with Finance KPIs around Opex and Cash Management
  • Implement best practices and standardization of sales processes for efficiency and scalability
Tools:
  • Evaluate, select, and lead the implementation of additional analytical tools to enhance the Sales team's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead learning and development efforts for tools/technologies being leveraged by the organization ( Salesforce, MS 365/TeamsZoom,Apollo, Hubspot ZoomInfo, etc.) .)
  • Manage and support the effective operation of the Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating with peers from Finance and Tech to create efficient processes and accurate output
  • Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative burden for key departments
People:
  • Support Group leadership in developing priorities and strategies to achieve Group objectives
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify actionable insights and measure progress and impact (ROI) to make ongoing enhancements to the Sales team's compensation plans
  • supervise and partner with offshore team for development and larger projects
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance for a rapidly expanding organization during its scaling phase
  • Evaluate and manage team performance against targets or quotas as appropriate
What You Bring:
  • University degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar experience in a SaaS focused company
  • High-growth startup experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with experience working with a diverse, international team across time zones
  • Experience working with MS 365, Teams and strong skills in Excel
  • Salesforce administration and/or developer certifications strongly preferred
