About the role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dashlane's revenue generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making. Your insights and contributions will directly impact the company's revenue growth and customer experience.
This role is based in our New York City in a hybrid capacity, with 3 days a week in the office.
At Dashlane you will:
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with the Sales + CS teams to optimize processes and increase conversion rates.
- Program Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute revenue-generating programs and initiatives. Coordinate project timelines, track milestones, and ensure successful program delivery. Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to meet objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Managing the Tech Stack: Manage, optimize, and continuously improve the sales technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement tools and all other software critical to the sales process/customer journey. You'll be the key point of contact/expert for multiple systems, and expected to be proficient while acting in a supporting role for other revenue systems.
- Commissions: Support our monthly commission process, ensuring accurate and timely commission calculations, processing, and payouts, in alignment with company policies and sales performance metrics.
- Operational Support: Partner with stakeholders across the Go-To-Market organizations on executing and introducing efficiencies to key operational tasks, such as lead distribution, building sales territories, launching sales campaigns.
- Marketing ROI Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Recommend strategies to improve marketing ROI, lead acquisition and conversion.
- Revenue Forecasting: Support the Sales, CS and Finance teams in revenue forecasting and budgeting by providing accurate and timely data analysis and robust processes.
- Data Integrity and Governance: Partner with Deal Desk to ensure data accuracy and consistency within our systems and implement data governance best practices. Support integration between key systems, such as Netsuite.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or similar role in a technology or software company
- 1+ years experience as a CRM administrator, ideally Salesforce
We're Also Looking For:
- Experience and proficiency with additional sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau
- Execution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience and proficiency with marketing tools, such as Marketo, Drift, etc.
- Prior experience in a Sales or customer facing role
Salary Range: $121,000 - $140,000 in base salary + variable pay
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
