YOUR ROLE WILL BE
- As a mobile developer, and as any software engineer working at Hivebrite, your primary goal is to design, maintain & advance our mobile app.
- Our mobile app is primarily built using a web view approach. Our main goal is to rebuild the app using React Native. Initially, we will start with the homepage in native, and subsequently, we will revamp modules such as groups, events, live feed, news, and the media center.
- Your team? Eric (Engineering Manager - Mobile), Malek, Adane, Alberto (Mobile Engineers), Alexandre (Product Manager), Nino and Benoit (Backend Engineers).
YOUR MISSION WILL BE
- Develop new strong features.
- Handle errors per page and globally on our platform.
- Participate in the creation of our mobile design system.
- Improve our existent architecture of our app.
- Build stronger tests.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT
- At least five years of experience.
- Strong knowledge on React Native, React Query, debugging tool like Flipper.
- Experience with Xcode and/or Android Studio.
- You worked on mobile offline mode.
- Experience working in a very fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- You have good oral and written communication in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- React-Native-Web.
- Worked on web views.
- Experience with deep links and push notifications.
- Worked on shared modules with web and mobile using react-native-web.
