In collaboration with the Regional Quality and Patient Safety leadership team, under the direction of the Ministry Quality leadership, the Senior Quality and Patient Safety Nurse (SQPSNS) will be an integral member of the regional and ministry leadership structure expected to develop, design, direct and manage the regional implementation and monitoring of evidence based nursing practices, and service excellence standards. The SQPSNS will oversee other regional nurse specialist as well as serve one of the Northern California county ministries as a leader and partner of multidisciplinary teams and physician partners for Quality, Patient Safety and Patient Experience goals.

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 5 years In a clinical RN position, acute care setting.
- 5 years In a position that required expertise in Quality and patient safety at the unit and the health system level.
- Proven track record in the successful deployment of evidence based practice resulting in sustained, improved clinical outcomes and an optimal patient experience.
- Well-developed quality, patient safety and regulatory readiness experience.
