The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products or services through the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. They will oversee testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The Senior Quality Analyst will also contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards and practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Develop and implement quality assurance processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure compliance with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- · Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities across different phases of the product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting.
- · Conduct root cause analysis and investigate quality issues to identify underlying causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
- · Review and analyze requirements and specifications to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.
- · Define and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data to adequately cover all aspects of the product or service under test.
- · Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, including test execution, defects discovered, and quality metrics.
- · Participate in release planning and readiness activities to ensure the readiness of the product or service for deployment.
- · Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience 10 years in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field, experience in a leadership or senior role.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Relevant certifications are desirable but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
