We are seeking a dynamic team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a background in public relations, communications, or marketing.
As a Senior Publicist with us, you’ll be responsible for crafting strategic PR campaigns tailored to each product, effectively communicating with media outlets to secure publicity opportunities for Tyndale authors and products across various channels including television, radio, podcasts, print, and web media. Your role will involve writing press materials, pitching and scheduling interviews, managing a myriad of details and fostering strong relationships with publishing groups, authors, agents, and media partners.

Requirements
A college degree is required, and a minimum of 3+ years of public relations, communications, or marketing experience is preferred. Professional composure, strategic thinking skills and business agility are necessary to be successful in this position. Candidates need excellent written and presentation skills, strong project management and organizational/follow-up skills, great relationship building capabilities and a willingness to learn a media database to pitch and follow up with media counterparts. Qualified candidates will need to possess a natural and comfortable team player approach along with a personable, flexible, self-motivated, service orientated attitude. The environment is dynamic and fast paced, and the ability to work independently is a must.
