Halff has an immediate opening in our Brownsville office for a Senior Project Manager Professional Civil Engineer with 15 or more years of experience in Public Works and/or Water/Wastewater. This position requires strong design experience and technical background working with local entities. The successful candidate should have experience managing multiple multi-discipline project development teams, coordinating with clients and leading delivery of Public Works and/or Water / Wastewater Infrastructure projects. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants and client interaction. The candidate will also assist the region’s business development activities.
Senior Project Manager PE - Public Works/Land Development Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License in Texas
- South Texas regional experience
- 15+ years of experience in utility and public works design
- Must be able to develop and create projects
- Good technical writing and communication skills
- Must be proficient in project management, administration and supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines.
- Positive attitude, self-directed
