As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead our Metadata Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes in Metadata Operations.
- Metadata Operations Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of metadata processes to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, IT, and Data Analytics, to ensure seamless integration of metadata into various systems and platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of metadata, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve metadata operations processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on Metadata Operations.
- Proven experience in the Entertainment or Media industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of metadata standards and best practices.
- Experience with modern project management tools and applications such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Lucid chart, Box, etc.; willingness to learn new technologies to adapt to team standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.Bonus Points:
