Currently hiring a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to manage Industrial Construction projects including civil, mechanical, and structural with a HEAVY EMPHASIS ON MECHANICAL scopes in power plants, refineries, mining, industrial manufacturing and more.
Must be local to Albuquerque, New Mexico Area or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance provided.

Your capabilities:
- Oversee recruiting, scheduling and managing all skilled trades employees including superintendents, foreman, welders, iron workers, masons, equipment operators, pipe fitters, and laborers.
- Experience with Industrial Construction projects related to energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
- Support estimating efforts. Bid reviews, active production, crew makeup, equipment needs, cost analysis, etc.
- Heavy Emphasis on Business Development and Relationship Building
- Enforce project safety requirements.
- Verifies conformance of finished work.
- Ensure all employees receive proper training.
- Monitor job costs and overall performance
- Teach leadership team how to generate and manage a 3 week look ahead schedule in relation to manpower, materials, equipment, subs and schedules are coordinated appropriately.
- Work closely with all areas of the operations to create new opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with division Manager and Construction management team to coordinate daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in the construction of industrial projects.
- 6+ years experience in leadership roles. (Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, etc.)
- Mechanical Construction Operations Experience.
- Experience managing projects with multiple crews and at least 150 craft employees.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy, Bid2win, Hard Dollar, Timerline or similar job costing/ estimating program.
- OSHA safety training.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Clean and Valid drivers license.
