In-Office Position

General Summary: This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional eager to work with a fast-growing engineering company. You will be instrumental in developing new processes and strategies to ensure our projects' timely and efficient completion. Lead and manage the team that supports the Engineering and Operations of a new and growing fiber design and GIS mapping team. 
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all reporting including but not limited to operational and financial performance metrics, as well developing the team to enhance services to current and future clients. 
Required Experience:

• 5 plus year Outside plant Engineering and design experience
• 10 plus year FTTH Engineering and design
• Demonstrated 10+ years of project management experience in OSP design engineering with focus in:
  • FTTH
  • GPON
  • GPON2
• 5 yrs experience managing a team of 20 or more
• Strong data analytics and presentation skills are required. (Excel, PowerPoint mandatory)
• Must have extensive experience in calculating/reporting net/gross margin 
• Experience reporting cost, financial and schedule metrics through data analysis/ analytics.  
• Experience in geo-location and GIS mapping 
• P&L management as pertains to resource and cost management. 
• Ability to manage multiple large, complex, projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in following technical disciplines electrical engineering, civil engineering, telecommunications engineering or applicable experience  

Environmental/Working Conditions:

• Travel may be required.
