Our Design & Construction unit is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager based out of our client's site in Rush, NY. As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you'll continue to oversee projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client's facility and have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application. Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle projectchallenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

- High School diploma
- 8 years' experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects with 4 years of that experience as an Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, and project delivery methods
- Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems and project scheduling software
- Employment screening will require a background check / Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
- OSHA 30 Certification

The base salary range for this position is $119,870 to $140,670. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
