Senior Project Leader

Position Description

Serco has a great Senior Project Leader opportunity for you to take a role as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Join an integrated government-industry team in support of multiple program functions. Specific tasks include the following:  Operations and Plans, Desk Officer, ORSA, Training and Exercise, Automation/Database Management and Cost Management Support Services.  You will provide a  wide range of customer requirements in the Army supply systems and operations. Use your expertise and collaborative skills to positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the world's greatest Army.

• This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Comparmentalized Information (SCI) clearance.
• This position is contingent upon customer requirements and/or their approval.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with providing ASC the visibility at TS/SCI level events and to assist in the preparation and development of all necessary staff estimates, courses of action, Operation Order, Fragmentary Oders and Warning Orders related to the Combatant Comannders (COCOM), HQ Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Mater Command (AMC)plans and orders.
• Asssist with analysis and evaluation of ASC's role and mission within the Army.
• Assist with conduction mid and long range planning.
• Assist with implementation of action plans.
• Assist with developing staff estimates and courses of action that suppport COCOM Commanders theater strategy, campaign plans, OPLANS (Level I - IV)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• U.S. Citizenship
• An active TS/SCI
• A Bachelor's Degree
• 12 years of experience.
• Must have 8+ years of experience:
  • Assisting the prepartion and development of staff estimates and courses of action 
  • In Operation Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORDs) and Warning Orders (WARNORDs).
  • Providing support related to the Combatant Commanders. (COCOMs)
  • Providing assistance to the HQ Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Material Command (AMC) with analysis and evalulation support.
  • Conducting mid and long-range planning support
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Have the ability to travel - 25%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, applied sciences, or management
• Graduate from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMs)or Joint Informational Operational Planners Course (JIPOC)
