Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
• 4+ Years of Mechanical or Project Engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience designing refrigeration, air handling, or HVAC systems required
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D modelling software (such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks) required
• Experience with testing and validation of refrigeration or HVAC systems required

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with water source heat pumps
• Autodesk Inventor experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with cost reduction efforts in an HVAC OEM and creating cost effective designs

SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Engineer (HVAC/Refrigeration) to join our team in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical engineering, and will be responsible for designing, building, and testing refrigeration systems for various applications. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet the clients' needs and exceed expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualizing designs and conducting feasibility studies for refrigeration systems.
• Utilizing 2D and 3D modeling software to craft intricate designs.
• Coordinating with fellow engineers and designers to guarantee designs align with functional needs.
• Investigating innovative materials and technologies to enhance system efficiency and cut expenses.
• Executing testing and validation procedures to ensure designs adhere to safety and operational protocols.
• Compiling technical reports and documentation to bolster design and testing endeavors.
• Engaging in product development discussions and delivering technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
