This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by collaborating with the Media Teams to produce final digital and non-digital materials inspecting/altering all artwork for quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Media Teams to follow job specifications and suggest improvements to produce final digital and non-digital materials
- Inspects all new design work and imagery, paying particular attention to issues of quality and consistency and implementing alterations
- Creates and maintains high-resolution digital files, scanning, photographing and retouching per art direction and catalogs complete, organized digital archives of all artwork and job files
- Negotiates project schedules and implements alterations
- Creates and maintains campaign masters to be used in multiple media formats
- Assist Department Supervisor to mentor less experienced staff
Qualifications:
- 5 years of job-related experience
- Printing Industry or Agency experience
- In-depth Photo editing and retouching skills
- Typesetting and layout experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Macintosh Operating System
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to handle multiple procedures
- Efficient and able to accomplish tight deadlines
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to change
Education:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Graphic Art
