About this Job

You will be an expert in managing product from testing to mass production. You will be talking to our oversea manufactures to ensure that product meets all requirements. You will also be supervising and collaborating with the team internally to get all product information required for product launch.

Job Function:

• Manage the product development cycle from approval to mass production
• LED Fixture testing, including mechanical review, installation, thermal, electrical, and photometric.
• Work with the Product Managers to define your product testing scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Take ownership of your projects.
• Responsible for design changes and improvements to ensure product comes in correct the first time.
• Keep a log of all open testing issues and make sure they are resolved promptly.
• Analyze potential problems and express solutions early.
• Your responsibilities will grow as you demonstrate excellence.

Qualifications:

· 4-year bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Systems Engineering Technology preferred.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many active projects.

· High Level of organizational and analytical skills

· Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand technical concepts, read schematics, and provide design recommendations.

· Familiar with Hand tools.

· Familiar with DMM, Oscilloscope, as well as DC & AC Power Supply design.

· Quick learner, responsible, proactive, problem-solver, and critical-thinker.

• Adaptable and receptive to feedback, and able to comfortably give feedback to others

What We Offer

• Starting Salary: $85,000 + DOE
