Responsibilities:The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Designer on our Integrations team, responsible for delivering Loom integrations within the Atlassian product suite and reporting to Lead Product Designer. You'll design Loom’s embedded experiences end-to-end — from recording to playback to organization - reaching millions of people inside the Atlassian products they already use every day for work.
Together, we’ll empower our customers to collaborate in a richer, more engaging way through asynchronous video via a seamless experience between videos, documents, and the workflows between them. What You’ll Do
Impact millions of users globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Atlassian products.Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team and advocate the user voice
Design end-to-end experiences b/w Loom and Atlassian, from concept to pixel-perfect design
Contribute to vision, roadmapping, design critique, sprint planning, and product and design channels.
Contribute to the Lens Design System and Atlassian Design System
Inspire a culture of design excellence, where innovation is the norm.
Your Background
4-6 years of product design experience
Extensive experience in Product Design organizations, working closely with Product and Engineering partners
An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction and visual design, idea generation, and product sense.
Experience with balancing the big picture with meticulous attention to detail.
User-centric thinking: You dive deep into audience needs, test hypotheses, and measure the magic you create.
Bridge between user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities, experience to influence xfn decisions via design and user-led methodologies, in order to drive the team’s core metrics.
Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
Collaboration is in your DNA, and you lead by example in a rapid growth environment.
Huge plus if you’ve worked with remote teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed teams.

Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $160,300 - $213,700
Zone B: $144,300 - $192,300
Zone C: $133,000 - $177,400
