The role:
The primary role of the Senior Content Producer is to ensure all campaigns and projects are managed and delivered successfully and to the highest standards, whether producing the project themselves, leading or assisting other members of the production team on their projects and in conjunction with the creatives, account team and traffic. To achieve this, all projects must be managed according to best-practice delivery management from briefing through scoping and development to quality control and post deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximizing agency revenue. Reporting into the VP Executive Creative Director, the Content Producer will be responsible from assisting other members of the team with smaller, more administrative tasks, to leading your own variety of projects. The Producer also will be managing client relationships related to production.

Responsibilities:
- Social and Digital media. Work on a wide and varied production jobs across multiple touchpoints - including but not limited to developing of video, websites, landing pages, banners, digital (tik-tok, trends, Instagram, Meta, etc) and different social media and digital content. It is expected to have knowledge and understanding about social media and digital strategy as well as best practices in those channels.
- Out of the box media. Work and have advanced experience of working on non-traditional media, like stunts, developing of technology for non-traditional ideas, etc. In general, have the capacity to dig for unique ways to produce unexpected ideas with unexpected challenges.
- Traditional media. Work on traditional output assets specifically on production jobs across broadcast, radio, digital, print and film.
- Understanding of gaming topics.
- Champion best-practice 360 delivery management processes on all your projects, from briefing to scoping and development to post campaign analysis. This is with a view to ensuring all projects are delivered time and cost effectively, and to the highest level of craft.
- Financial management, including budgeting, estimating, purchase orders, approval of invoices, and tracking of all internal and external costs to ensure each job achieves desired profit targets.
- Work collaboratively with Creative and Account teams on projects, as well as other members of the production team to deliver and support on bigger productions.
- Pro-actively contribute to and help maintain the agency database of best-in-breed specialist vendors/contacts (creative, production and technical vendors) and maintaining fresh.
- Maintain a high work ethic, attention to detail, proactivity and initiative.
- Assist our Account Leads and Creatives with dealing with clients on production issues that may arise, pro-actively consult with more senior members of the team on the best way forward and communicating the agency point of view.
