Job Description
As a valued colleague on our People Analytics team, you will review, monitor, and analyze business data to solve problems and/or make recommendations to improve business performance. You will identify opportunities for improved business efficiency and performance through system architecture enhancements and cloud databases.

The Senior People Analytics Business Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Gather, blend and evaluate data from disparate data sources touching on multiple business functional areas.
- Make recommendations on areas for system architecture enhancements.
- Identify trends that translate into business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 2 years of related experience
- Strong SQL skills to include creating original SQL scripts/code.
- Experience using data to tell an effective story and facilitate management in support of client relationships.
- Ability to consult with the business to get to root cause of problems, document requirements, etc.
- Advanced level MS Excel proficiency.
- Project management experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior experience working with HR data, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or financial data related to headcount planning and forecasting or similar.
- Knowledge of Redshift SQL applications (TOAD, DBeaver, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle, Workday, AWS, and ServiceNow.
- Experience gathering user requirements from ambiguous asks.
- Experience deriving insights from multiple complex data sets and creating visualizations that support data storytelling and presentation efforts.
- Some experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools is preferred.
