Job Description
Summary: Seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Application Developer to write code, provide technical leadership, and assist in maintaining Oracle servers and environments.
Requirements:
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries and understanding PL/SQL APIs.
Sound knowledge of Oracle Applications R12.
Demonstrated understanding of relational databases, encompassing tables, views, indexes, table spaces, etc.
Hands-on experience in software resolution and the ability to conduct research on software-related issues and products.
Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, and release management.
Proficiency in coordinating migrations/implementation of changes across various Oracle Application environments (e.g., Development, Test, and Production).
Must have 5+ years of IT analysis and technical design experience in addition to an Associate degree in Information Technology.
Responsibilities:
Develop, debug and design software applications to support business applications and processes.
Build enhancements within the existing architecture and suggest improvements.
Support the Oracle ERP business application.
Provide technical support for applications owned by the development team.
Mentor the development team and foster their growth and development.
Adhere to documentation, software development methodology, version control testing, migration standards etc.
Assist with the installation, patching and maintenance of Oracle servers (PROD, DEV TEST).
Assist with linking servers to database systems as well as upgrades and backups.
- Assist with physical database design.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
