Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree and 10-12 years of prior relevant experience.
- Ability to multi-task the tracking of project schedule development, project control, risk management practices/issues, and project documentation processing/archiving between multiple simultaneous projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent customer service skills necessary to interact with Senior and Executive level management, and to foster an environment of cooperation between different departments and co-workers.
- Ability to work with, manage, and maintain information stored in a Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN)/SharePoint site(s).
- Expert knowledge of government practices, advanced techniques, and solutions to develop new standards, processes, and solutions.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with preparing briefing packages for Senior and Executive level management.
Previous experience as a high-level team member supporting the FAA.
