Senior Operations Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Operations Associate to join our wealth management team in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will support our daily business operations and client services, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial transactions and client accounts, and have the ability to be outgoing, friendly, and professional with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Account Management: Assist in the opening, maintaining, and closing of client accounts. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Financial Transactions: Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all operational activities. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
• Communication: Liaise between clients, financial advisors, and other team members. Provide clear and concise communication both internally and externally.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, account statements, and performance summaries for clients and management.
• Technology and Systems: Utilize wealth management software and tools effectively. Participate in the implementation of new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or operations, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and investment products.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Hawaiian culture and the financial landscape is a plus.
