Norfolk Southern Corporation is currently seeking an experienced a Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst to assist in the development of an enterprise LeanIX program. This is a broad scope of Organizational Change Management support for technical projects in the technology space. You will partner with business stakeholders and other architects to drive holistic technology implementation change management across work value streams. Apply your deep understanding of OCM, ACMP and PROSCI passion for developing solutions that help businesses stay one step ahead.
- Provide OCM work in multiple projects, depending on the change impact level.
- Integrate behavioral change management techniques, methodologies, and tools into the project lifecycle.
- Drive OCM inclusion and delivery within the IT project, managing design, production, and delivery of items.
- Steward OCM delivery for: benefits statement, stakeholder analysis, engagement, change strategy and plan.
- Communicate OCM plan. product, change impact analysis, gap analysis, training plan, production, presentations, and strategy tools to sustain the organizational change.
- Determine stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Designs and produces e-learning training materials.
- Partner as a team member with other OCM support professionals.
- Create collaborative OCM team environment.
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of communications with the project team and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships, articulate messages to a variety of audiences, influence others toward a common vision or goal.
- Adapt to ambiguous situations, able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Self-starter who can lead OCM efforts in the project from design through deployment.
- Demonstrate expertise of standard OCM methodology, tools, and processes associated with new technology implementation projects.
- 5-8 of experience as an OCM Organizational Change Management Analyst.
- Experience applying OCM in the IT project space within a corporate enterprise environment.
- Experience managing OCM for multiple, large, and complex technical projects.
- Technical background experience serving all levels of a technical audience.
- ACMP/PROSCI training certifications preferred.
- OCM experience with Enterprise Architecture Management, EAM projects. LeanIX preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB preferred.
- Project Management training certifications preferred.
- Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm preferred.
Education Preferred
Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Engineering, or similar Technology focus.
Work Conditions
Environment: Office as required by project team and OCM management. Otherwise, remote, ideal candidate must be based within 60 miles Atlanta.
