Our Brand Experience Team is passionate about creating incredible consumer experiences for the best brands in the world. We are seeking an experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team.
As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visually stunning and engaging motion graphics content. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into captivating visual stories, animations, and interactive designs. You will support project teams with creative input and technical problem-solving in the development of design elements and layouts while ensuring deliverables are completed in an efficient manner.
- Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects, including advertisements, digital content, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into design projects to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience 4-6 years as a Motion Graphic Design or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of motion graphics and animation work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Cinema 4D and 3D Studio Max are a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and work efficiently within a team environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards achieving project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Supports the design team with technical and creative problem solving in the development of design elements and layouts.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
- Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
