Position Summary / Purpose

Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our Emergency Mitigation, Trauma, TMP, Abatement, and Mold services.

Assist in preparing team members to deliver above listed services while helping to hold downline technicians and temp staff accountable to Summit standards.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all Emergency Mitigation, Trauma Clean-up, Mold Abatement, and Emergency Board-up services to include both commercial and residential projects
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved with a claim
• Lead large/complex or commercial projects
• Exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses
• Coordinate estimates and communicate with subcontractors
• Maintain and grow strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• Create accurate and profitable job estimates
• Build and maintain relationships with claims adjusters and contractors
• Close business – obtain customer commitment
• Supervise technicians in performance of company services on projects
• Assist in providing training and hold personnel accountable on company procedures, reporting and performing services
• Assist in the continued development of services, processes and systems deployed by Summit’s Emergency Mitigation team
• Assist with performance evaluations, personnel management, and recruitment
• Team development- develop downline personnel for team growth and succession planning
• Provide Quality Control on active projects
• Will have more than one active project at one time
• Assist in developing and delivery of safety meetings and topics as you see the need in specific areas
• Lead by example

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend all company meetings
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, cleaning chemicals, and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintain inventory of related supplies
• Ensure personnel follow basic tool, equipment and material load inventory lists
• Ensure personnel conduct standard vehicle maintenance and pre-trip processes
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
