Tribeca MedSpa, a prominent destination in the medical aesthetic industry since 2006, is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role is specifically tailored for a highly seasoned professional with a deep background in medical aesthetics and a strong focus on retail and sales.
Position Details:
Full-time, 35-40 hours per week, including Saturdays and evening shifts.
Location: 114 Hudson Street, NY, NY 10031.
This is a higher-level Aesthetician position with competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $150,000+.
Hourly pay: starting at $23 per hour
Performance commission $45,000-$100,000+
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience and currently working in a Medical Aesthetics setting (candidates without at least 5 years of experience in a medical spa will not be considered).
· Proven track record in retail and sales upgrades.
· Extensive experience in Medical Facials, Dermaplaning, Laser Genesis, Sciton BBL & Moxi, Laser Hair Removal, AviClear, Fraxel, Chemical Peels (VI and Cosmelan), Ultherapy, Microneedling, miraDry, Sculpsure, Coolsculpt, and Cooltone preferred.
· Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
· Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
· Previous experience as an Aesthetician Trainer is a plus.
· Positive attitude and a commitment to individual and team growth.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with task prioritization ability.
· Valid Aesthetician license in NY.
Job Responsibilities:
· Achieve services and product goals.
· Develop and retain the aesthetics practice, ensuring the highest level of customer service and compliance with HIPAA.
· Perform comprehensive client consultations, analyzing and tailoring customized treatment programs.
· Possess in-depth knowledge of ingredients and product offerings, particularly Skinceuticals.
· Educate clients on the best course of action to address skin concerns, promoting our product and service matrix.
· Develop home care regimes, cross-promote services, and upgrade services while maintaining high ethical standards.
· Perform all medical esthetic treatments within the scope of practice, adhering to protocols, operational, and safety guidelines.
· Provide client follow-up care and accurate charting of client progress notes in a timely manner.
· Report adverse client reactions immediately to the General Manager and Chief Medical Director.
· Maintain back bar inventory, capital equipment, treatment rooms, and common areas in compliance with OSHA regulations.
· Communicate effectively with the Concierge Desk and General Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service, retention, and optimal scheduling.
· Maintain a current license, attend staff training, events, and trade shows for professional growth.
· Assist/participate in events as needed to enhance practice revenue and expand the client base.
· Strong social media presence in the Aesthetic industry is preferred.
