- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering role, with a focus on product design and development.
- Strong experience in the design and development of mechanical systems, products, and equipment.
- Expert in using SolidWorks. Certifications desired.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, products, and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design trade-off analyses to ensure the optimal design solution.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures to support product development.
- Conduct testing and analysis to verify design performance and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Provide technical support to production and customer service teams, troubleshooting production and customer issues.
- Stay current with advancements in Mechanical Engineering technologies and materials to continuously improve products and processes.
- Perform other tasks as business needs dictate.

Schedule: Monday-Friday typically 8 hours per day
Pay: $95,000 to $120,000 per year
