In response to ongoing growth and expansion, we're actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead and direct a small team and projects nationwide. In this role, you'll be primed to spearhead our Mechanical Engineering team, delving into heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and other mechanical facets across diverse sectors. Relish the opportunity to design integral mechanical systems as part of a cohesive unit of architects and engineers, all while stepping into a leadership capacity within the Mechanical division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Direct the mechanical division as Mechanical Engineer / Team Lead at a nationally recognized architectural and engineering establishment with a close-knit Mechanical Engineering group.
- Engage in all phases of a project, from initial design to construction completion.

About You:
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Either a registered Professional Engineer (PE) or in the process of obtaining registration.
- Bring 5-15+ years of experience in plumbing, mechanical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating, specifically for commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering designs from conceptualization to fruition for building mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and basic competency in using Revit software.
