Responsibilities:
- Create mechanical designs and concepts for Client products and complex custom automated equipment.
- Manage prints, mechanical drawings and related documentation.
- Interact with Verista vendors to obtain quotes, and/or specify components & assemblies that meet requirements of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Manage the mechanical Bill of Materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues encountered during mechanical assembly or system functionality testing activities.
- Understanding each client's/project's quality standards, cGMPs, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance of development and validation of mechanical systems.
- Adherence to project schedule for all assigned activities.
- Maintaining clear, detailed records of activities.
- May support multiple projects scheduled simultaneously.
- High- level capability to develop models, drawings, and renderings using Solidworks CAD software.
- Capability of effectively communicating (written and orally) with project team members and management.
- Capacity to make independent sound decisions and independently manage priorities.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
