The base pay range for this opportunity is $106,725. - $169,250. per year. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. - Create, develop, and lead initiatives and activities to improve Moog product materials, analytical approaches, and special processing to meet the needs for global customers.
- Manage long term, multi-site, process development and implementation projects to support operating group growth.
- Recruit, motivate, train, and develop staff to maintain an effective workforce capable of meeting M&PE objectives.
- Formulate, coordinate and gain acceptance for annual budgets or capital projects to secure the resources necessary to achieve agreed work programs.
- Champion MP&E strategic planning changes to optimize customer support and services.
- Guide the development of technical training programs for materials, processes, and analytical interpretation to assist the Operating Groups in meeting their objectives.
- Identify and develop emerging analytical and process technologies where implementation offers improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Technology
- 10 years related experience

- Master of Science or Master of Arts with 8 years related experience in one of the following fields:
