Marketing Technology Associate

 

As a part of the Analytics & Operations function, the Marketing Technology Associate will focus on the effective usage, architecture, and procurement of marketing tools and technologies. 

This is a role in Central Marketing’s Analytics & Operations team which was established to create an effective ecosystem of technology, tools, processes, and people with an inclusive and highly collaborative approach to building effective cross-functional processes and productive workflows. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact and SME on the operating model of all tools in the marketing stack, how they come together to support marketing initiatives, and in assessing necessary changes, updates, or additions to our toolkit.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document the current marketing technology stack, including use cases, data flows, integration points and key contacts.
  • Develop and maintain an organization-wide marketing technology ecosystem map and support model.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies based on evolving business needs. This includes staying current on industry trends and advancements in MarTech, as well as gathering requirements from internal stakeholders to evaluate the necessity for new tools or expanding the use of current platforms in our ecosystem.
  • Document marketing technology processes and workflows.
  • Establish partnerships with key technical groups across the organization to implement purposeful cross-functional knowledge-sharing opportunities to evolve understanding of integrations and technology roadmaps.
  • Create a strong professional network by identifying teams and projects in which you can advocate for the partnership with the Analytics & Operations function.

 

Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5 years’ experience managing marketing technology tools from marketing awareness, lead generation, through to CRM assignment (Marketo, SFDC, Adobe)
  • Experience in documenting data flows and a passion for visually representing complex integration points.
  • Knowledge and understanding of general marketing practices and key definitions, including scoring, nurture, acquisition, attribution and identifying opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.
  • A highly effective communicator who embraces the opportunity to manage stakeholder across functions.

 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is  $78,500.00 to $125,500.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody’s also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
