Adecco Search has partnered with one of their favorite clients in hiring for a Senior Manufacutring Engineer. The position is workign on-site for a Manufacturing company.
We are a dynamic and innovative manufacturing company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in manufacturing In collaboration with Adecco Search, we are actively seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join us in the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Project Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of manufacturing processes, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
    • Plan, manage, and execute manufacturing projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
  2. Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and enhance existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
  3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, progress tracking, and successful project execution.
  4. Feasibility Studies and Risk Assessments:
    • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to guide project decisions and mitigate potential challenges.
  5. Technical Expertise and Guidance:
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting in problem-solving, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
  6. Equipment and Materials Procurement:
    • Participate in the selection and procurement of equipment, materials, and tools required for project implementation, considering cost-effectiveness and quality.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
  8. Customer and Supplier Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  9. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout project execution.
  10. Industry Trends and Innovation:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging manufacturing practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and Manufacturing Engineering roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
