- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and Manufacturing Engineering roles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. ($115-130k base)
