Your Opportunity
At Schwab, you are empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.
The xWealth Client Communications team is the centralized capability focused on development and delivering communications that support unified, consistent, and valuable engagement across the client’s wealth journey. This starts with defining how we position and talk about our Wealth Offers, and then designing and executing a communications strategy across key client touchpoints as they move along their wealth journey.
Reporting to a Senior Team Manager in Wealth Offer and Operations, the Sr. Manager is responsible for daily management (execution, delivery, and ongoing maintenance) of offer-focused Client Communications. Primarily focused on our Intelligent Portfolios offer (SIP/P) but with expanding opportunity to cover additional responsibilities, the role will work cross-functionally with business, marketing, compliance, and other internal stakeholder partners to initiate, execute, and deliver digital Client Communications and outreach on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you will leverage your creativity and resourcefulness, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving results to seamlessly plan and execute project-based deliverables supporting our strategic objectives. Success in this role will come from your curiosity to learn and understand our Wealth Offers, motivation as a self-starter to own and proactively manage your project responsibilities, innate ability to find efficiencies, problem solve, and drive results, and your passion to help build an engaging experience for our Wealth clients.
