Sr. Manager, International WHQ TA at a glance... As the Sr.
Manager, International WHQ TA, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates to leading the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in recruiting, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and the ability to work with senior leaders and team members. Lead and handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams, for all markets with roles in WHQ, outside of North America. Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Mentor and guide a team of multiple recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing training and development, potentially also including employees and contractors, as well as RPO resources when applicable.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including partnerships, job boards, social media, professional networks, agencies and search firms, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Lead recruitment for executive positions within WHQ outside of North America.

I have experience as a Global TA Manager, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced and vibrant environment I have demonstrated successes in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
I have a solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations, as well as familiar with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software or platforms. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers and candidates. I have exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract and retain top talent.
