About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Sales Operations manages support functions that are essential to sales team productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales talent. The Sales Ops Leader is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. The Sales Ops Leader will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.

Role will be located at our Head Quarters in Tampa, FL

In this role you will:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline and enhance the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations to the sales leadership team. Develop and maintain sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators, sales trends, and forecasts.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, helping guide resource allocation, inventory planning, and overall business strategy.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the management and utilization of our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Drive adoption of the CRM platform among the sales team and provide training as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments to align sales processes with overall business goals. Foster strong relationships to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across functions.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales training programs, tools, and resources to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. Provide guidance on best practices and sales methodologies.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and tasks within the sales organization, leveraging technology solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to sales process enhancements, tools, and technologies. Drive adoption and ensure that the sales team is equipped to embrace new processes.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives by providing insights based on data analysis and market trends.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
