Senior Manager, Oracle EPM (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Dallas, TX. Advise clients on enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions across areas of finance, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and operations. Perform functional configuration and/or technical development for business process improvement using Oracle application modules, including designing, building, and testing consistent with leading practices and Oracle’s modern planning and reporting applications. Managing the development and implementation of Oracle solutions for consolidation, account reconciliation, and data management. Establish and maintain client relationships. Identify new service opportunities and take the opportunities through the sales cycle, including defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
· Leading the technical and functional implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, such as, Enterprise Planning, Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS); Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS); Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS); Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS); and/or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS);
· Analyzing business processes and procedures to propose Oracle EPM cloud services and solutions to optimize operations;
· Managing the development and deployment of technical solutions in the areas of Budgeting and Forecasting, KPIs/management reporting, Financial Master Data Management, and Profitability and Cost Management; and,
· Serving as a team lead with cloud-based collaboration and project management tools.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel required up to 80%.
