Senior Manager - Operations

The Senior Manager - Operations will be responsible for the leadership and management of the operational teams supporting the strategic and financial goals of Executive Director, Operations. Responsible for the overall safety, continuous improvement, and process / efficiencies of their local branch.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, manage, measure and improve daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain the highest safety level for warehouse operations at all times.
• Establish and cultivate harmonious and effective relations with employees, internal and external clients.
• Work with Human Resources on recruiting and hiring of Operations employees.
• Monitor and evaluate Operations transaction counts and employee overtime. (Part of KPI’s and report to provide to upper management).
• Develop and implement training of warehouse employees, maintain staff advancement programs for operational improvement.
• Ensure clean, organized, safe and effective storage of inventory and resources.
• Maintain accurate control and count of company assets and inventory.
• Prepare and facilitate physical inventory and monthly cycle counts.
• Oversee proper warehouse maintenance and safekeeping of tools and resources (ex. forklifts, fleet, etc.)
• Ensure staff and vehicle fleet are compliant with Department of Transportation regulations
• Coordinate purchase of warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Ensure all orders are returned to completion.

Base Salary Range: $72,777/yr - $107,851/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
