Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manager (Level M) to join the Manufacturing Operations Councilteam based out of Seattle, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will support Council VPs to define & execute the enterprise manufacturing strategy and priorities, including people development, Lean, and process excellence. Support must also be provided to the Council mission to strengthen the system through enabling business unit safety, quality, stability, and flow. Deploy Lean Boeing Production System—application of Lean principles and continuous improvement mindset. This position requires coordination & aligning of council priorities across business units and functions, including Quality, Engineering, and IT&DA. Lastly, you will be required to document applicable Company policies, procedures, standards, and systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees by performing program management activities to strengthen Boeing Manufacturing.
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
Manages, develops, and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working as a senior leader or Senior Manager
3+ years of experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives
5+ years of experience leading teams through implementing process improvements and standardized processes
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Manufacturing, Quality & Engineering
