Senior Manager, It Operations

• Be accountable for developing and overseeing comprehensive, adaptable operational strategies in collaboration with Support Engineering leadership and business partners, ensuring alignment with evolving business and customer priorities.
• Proactively establish and nurture collaborative partnerships with NVIDIA business leaders and partners to ensure IT alignment, robust support for requirements, and enable future growth.
• Provide leadership in setting strategy, developing priorities, roadmaps, and improving operational mechanisms that drive a highly effective and efficient Support Engineering organization.
• Champion product and service innovations using data-driven insights, comprehensive analysis, and metrics.
• Contribute to financial planning and forecasts, collaborating with IT and Finance leadership to advise decision-making and drive outcomes in alignment with strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of overall experience.
• 10+ years of expertise in developing and leading all aspects of strategy across diverse technology domains.
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to unify teams around shared goals and visions through a cohesive strategy, effectively garnering employee engagement and dedication.
• Experience in building trusted advisor relationships, influencing others and working effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Resourceful at recognizing and addressing intricate business opportunities, devising global operational strategies with a user focus, and guiding organizations in defining future state requirements while understanding cross-functional dynamics.
• Shown success in transformative alignment of business and technology, setting, and attaining ambitious objectives, and translating strategy into actionable steps.
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills accompanied by the ability to influence both directly and indirectly and build consensus throughout the business.
• Knowledge of communications best practices and willingness to develop strategies and execute plans.
• Knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting, and reporting.

• Familiarity with a wide range of technology domains such as Enterprise Apps, business systems, cloud solutions, AI & Machine Learning
• History in formulating strategy, crafting roadmaps, and driving successful world-class, large-scale transformation programs and complex integrations on time, on budget, and with quality and security
• Operates with a high level of intellectual curiosity, demonstrating a startup personality that is proactive, hands-on, driven, strategic, accountable, ethical, collaborative, hard-working, and productive

The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
